About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy for cloud platform products aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle, including discovery, delivery, and adoption.
  • Translate complex cloud infrastructure concepts like landing zones, IAM, and guardrails into prioritized roadmaps.
  • Conduct user research with internal engineering teams to improve developer experience and platform reuse.
  • Collaborate with SRE, FinOps, and security teams to design capabilities that improve velocity and cost efficiency.
  • Manage technical debt and platform health metrics, including SLOs and adoption KPIs.
  • Mentor Senior Technical Product Managers and promote best practices in technical product management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Product Manager.
  • Proven experience managing developer-facing platform products at scale.
  • Deep technical understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud cost management practices (Cloud FinOps).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Must be located in Bangalore, India.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and managing wide stakeholder networks across time zones.
  • Strong storytelling abilities to communicate platform impact across the enterprise.
