About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Coach and management team in driving premium consumer experiences and business growth.
- Lead talent development and staff training initiatives to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
- Manage recruitment and training processes as the Team & Culture lead to ensure smooth store operations.
- Promote brand values and team culture to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Execute strategic plans and collaborate with internal departments to maintain store and staff standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Nike policies and regulations to maintain excellent store operations.
Requirements
- Passion for the Nike brand, sports, and deep product knowledge.
- Proven experience in retail sales and team leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of retail and apparel trends, including fashion and industry shifts.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to build smooth relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- English proficiency is preferred (TOEIC 470+ or equivalent conversational ability).
