Lead Teacher - Director Designee

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences using Kïdo’s globally inspired curriculum
• Provide responsive, high-quality care while leading a dynamic classroom
• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication
• Foster a nurturing, inspiring environment for child development
• Support closing operations of the school as the director designee

Requirements

• Director Qualified per Illinois DCFS 407 regulations
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
• At least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CDA credential
• 2–10 years of experience in early childhood education
• Montessori experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
