Lead - Taxation

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the tax and regulatory function of the company
• Ensure overall tax compliance for direct and indirect taxation
• Manage overseas taxation and coordinate with external consultants
• Handle tax litigation, assessments, and dealings with regulatory authorities
• Identify and implement effective tax processes and controls
• Provide tax advisory support to business units and assist in tax planning
• Manage GST returns and corresponding GST audits
• Implement and provide guidance on transfer pricing policy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing tax laws

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in taxation
• In-depth knowledge of corporate income tax, indirect tax, accounting, and transfer pricing
• Experience working in a Multinational Company or Big4 accounting firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with high attention to detail
