Lead Talent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of a modernized employee listening strategy, including scoping new data channels.
• Analyze employee engagement data from surveys, focus groups, and recognition data to identify trends and drivers.
• Design and build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to surface key metrics for executive leadership.
• Create compelling data narratives and PowerPoint presentations that translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with People Analytics, Digital People Systems, and HR to identify data gaps and build an integrated employee journey view.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align on data priorities and drive execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in employee listening, data analytics, HR, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into compelling narratives.
• Experience with employee listening methodologies and survey platforms such as Viva Glint or Qualtrics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
