Responsibilities

• Build relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem
• Strengthen the talent brand by partnering with marketing on events and brainstorming
• Develop rigorous hiring processes and advise hiring teams on search strategies
• Use creative positioning and A/B testing for candidate messaging
• Monitor and optimize recruiting metrics
• Support cross-functional needs beyond the core job description

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis
• Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of the technical talent market
• Proficiency in using AI and new tools to multiply recruiting leverage
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• High level of ownership and operational excellence
