Responsibilities
- Build relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem
- Strengthen the talent brand by partnering with marketing on events and brainstorming
- Develop rigorous hiring processes and advise hiring teams on search strategies
- Use creative positioning and A/B testing for candidate messaging
- Monitor and optimize recruiting metrics
- Support cross-functional needs beyond the core job description
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis
- Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of the technical talent market
- Proficiency in using AI and new tools to multiply recruiting leverage
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- High level of ownership and operational excellence
