Lead Talent Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and federal, state, and local mandates
• Implement and enforce quality assurance plans and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Compile and manage data for reporting program progress
• Conduct training sessions, orientations, and professional presentations
• Recommend and implement corrective action plans when necessary
• Perform case management, eligibility determination, and data entry duties as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in workforce development or human services
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience may be substituted for up to two years of education)
• Proven knowledge of quality assurance procedures and case file review
• Proficiency in data management processes and computer applications
• Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel for meetings and conferences
