About the role
Responsibilities
- Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and federal, state, and local mandates
- Implement and enforce quality assurance plans and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Compile and manage data for reporting program progress
- Conduct training sessions, orientations, and professional presentations
- Recommend and implement corrective action plans when necessary
- Perform case management, eligibility determination, and data entry duties as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in workforce development or human services
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent experience may be substituted for up to two years of education)
- Proven knowledge of quality assurance procedures and case file review
- Proficiency in data management processes and computer applications
- Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for meetings and conferences
