About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for direct labor roles
- Ensure rigorous adherence to company policies and employment laws to mitigate departmental risk
- Collaborate with HR teams, including HRIS and Total Rewards, to integrate recruitment efforts with broader HR initiatives
- Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes focused on direct labor hiring
- Coordinate and schedule interviews in partnership with recruiters for nationwide open roles
- Manage high-volume data entry for new hires to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Maintain and update Excel workbooks for data tracking, reporting, and onboarding processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Customer Care, or related administrative roles
- 0-2+ years of experience in full lifecycle Talent Acquisition (direct labor, onboarding)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience contributing to the development or improvement of talent acquisition processes and SOPs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience recruiting within a corporate environment
- Strong communication and influencing skills to navigate cross-functional collaborations
