About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for direct labor roles
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to company policies and employment laws to mitigate departmental risk
  • Collaborate with HR teams, including HRIS and Total Rewards, to integrate recruitment efforts with broader HR initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes focused on direct labor hiring
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews in partnership with recruiters for nationwide open roles
  • Manage high-volume data entry for new hires to ensure accuracy and timely updates
  • Maintain and update Excel workbooks for data tracking, reporting, and onboarding processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Customer Care, or related administrative roles
  • 0-2+ years of experience in full lifecycle Talent Acquisition (direct labor, onboarding)
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience contributing to the development or improvement of talent acquisition processes and SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Experience recruiting within a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to navigate cross-functional collaborations
