Lead Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve infrastructure in areas like performance, costs, and governance
• Act as a key technical lead, guiding and mentoring junior engineers
• Represent the team in technical forums, documenting and negotiating with stakeholders
• Anticipate technical and product issues through appropriate design decisions
• Deep dive into problems to identify root causes and deliver innovative solutions
• Contribute to the Computing product strategy in collaboration with Product Managers

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS
• Experience with access management (AWS IAM, Role management)
• Experience with scaling tools like Karpenter, KEDA, and HPA
• Experience with Golang
• Advanced English skills for documentation and meetings
