Lead System Architect

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute software architecture for automotive embedded human machine interface solutions
• Make key engineering decisions
• Create modular, adaptable, and stable software architecture
• Create software architecture visualizations and documentation
• Lead the development of APIs

Requirements

• Automotive or embedded software industry background
• Strong understanding of software design principles
• Proficiency in C/C++ development
• Unix experience
• Experience with software project management and Agile methodology
• Familiarity with requirement management tools such as Doors or Jama
• Experience designing software products in their entirety
• 4-6 years of software engineering experience or education
• English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Embedded systems experience
• Automotive industry experience
