Lead, Sustainability & Stewardship Programs

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of key initiatives aligning with sustainability and corporate responsibility goals
• Coordinate cross-functional development and execution of sustainability programs
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with business strategy
• Engage with internal departments and external stakeholders including industry groups and suppliers
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for progress monitoring
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and industry standards
• Develop and deliver training programs and communication materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in program management, corporate responsibility, or sustainability roles
• Strong project management expertise with a track record of leading complex initiatives
• Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable insights
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to sustainability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and project management tools like MS Project or JIRA
