Lead Supply Chain Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support remote continuous improvement programs across 50+ connected factories to drive improvements in service, inventory, and working capital.
• Maintain and optimize supply chain workflows, tools, and data integrity for planning and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with site supply chain teams to identify opportunities and implement process standardizations.
• Pull, clean, and validate ERP data feeds for PFEP, POH, and MRP parameter governance.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, shortage alerts, and KPI trackers.
• Participate in virtual Kaizen events, audits, and follow-up on improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role managing planners, buyers, or engineers.
• Proficiency with multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
• Strong data and analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of planning and execution processes including PFEP, MRP, and SIOP.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications.
• Experience in multi-site, global manufacturing environments (MTO, ATO, ETO, or MTS).
