Responsibilities

• Implement statistical process control methods for the manufacturing of critical parts
• Conduct rapid sprint analysis with design engineers following production or OQC inspection failures
• Update and implement quality control documentation based on root cause analysis
• Audit supplier compliance with quality requirements and manage non-conformance closures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality management for high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with electromechanical products preferred
• Proven ability to resolve quality issues rapidly to minimize production disruption
• High proficiency in English (written, verbal, and reading)
• Willingness to travel regularly around APAC (25%+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE or CQA)
• Formal Internal Auditor Certification
