About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical implementation and delivery of integrations with suppliers and reservation systems
- Liaise with systems and suppliers to collect and review API specifications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to represent connectivity needs in development projects
- Communicate Viator API specifications to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide mentorship to team members and own integration methodologies
- Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce cases for API integrations
- Lead end-to-end API integration testing and contribute to tool optimization
- Monitor API transactions and escalate operational issues
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT support, operations, or account management in a B2B technical environment
- Proven technical competence working with APIs
- Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, multi-channel business environments
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
