Lead Supervisor - Vehicle Technical Inspection Center Control

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee compliance monitoring across approved vehicle technical inspection centers to ensure adherence to legislation, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the preparation of section action plans aligned with regulatory objectives and monitor progress through defined KPIs.
• Supervise smart control system operations to enhance control efficiency and ensure field complaints are accurately captured.
• Conduct administrative investigations, handle grievances, and provide necessary documentation to the Grievance Committee regarding fines and penalties.
• Manage inspector attendance, field task distribution, and business continuity to ensure uninterrupted control operations.
• Oversee periodic inspections of inspection centers, assets, and employees to ensure compliance with approved policies and standards.
• Monitor equipment availability, technical condition, and calibration to ensure suitability for inspection activities.
• Lead the documentation of violations during control processes and submit periodic performance reports on inspection center compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years if holding a Master's degree or higher).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Certified Automotive Safety Engineer (CASE) designation.
