About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for store performance
  • Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable to business goals
  • Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, climb, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
