Lead Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to enhance store performance.
• Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable to business goals.
• Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, climb, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
