Lead Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for store performance
• Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable to business goals
• Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing in a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, climb, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom
