Lead Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to enhance store performance
• Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable to business goals
• Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (including product, cartons, or fixtures)
