Lead Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technical leader focused on customer enablement, sales acceleration, and product evangelism for Cloud, Container, and AI Security solutions
• Provide architectural guidance, deployment best practices, and strategic security recommendations for cloud-native and AI-powered environments
• Advise customers and internal teams on securing AI applications, LLM deployments, agentic AI workflows, and AI supply chains
• Partner with engineering, product management, and support teams to troubleshoot complex deployment and integration challenges
• Support the sales organization through technical positioning, RFP/RFI responses, customer workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Create impactful technical content including solution briefs, feature blogs, architecture guidance, and demo videos
• Deliver high-quality enablement sessions, technical workshops, and webinars on emerging technologies and product capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Security Architecture, or related customer-facing security roles
• Expertise in Cloud Security, Container Security, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevSecOps
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automation frameworks
• Understanding of AI/LLM security ecosystems, including model deployments and AI governance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
