Lead Subcontracts

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract acquisition activities for Maritime Integration, from proposal stage through program award and execution
• Manage requirements definition, sourcing, negotiation, and subcontract definitization
• Oversee subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality
• Navigate FAR/DFARS regulations and internal procedures to ensure full compliance
• Manage program budgets, generate spending plans, and provide payment forecasts and variance reports
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively by working across multiple functional teams
• Support Small Business Initiatives and follow strategic direction from Program leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, OR Graduate Degree and 7+ years of experience, OR 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of experience writing, issuing, and negotiating RFPs, NDAs, and subcontracts
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience managing complex subcontracts involving hardware, software, and complex services
• CFCM Certification
• Experience acting as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) managing budgets and sales forecasting
• Experience working within a matrixed organization
