Lead Stylist

Responsibilities

• Model and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
• Suggest trendy looks and provide product expertise consistent with Levi's service approach
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and omni-channel shopping experiences
• Manage store operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment
• Resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy and satisfaction standards
• Utilize new in-store technologies to improve operations and the consumer experience

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
