Lead Stylist

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals
• Coach and train team members on selling behaviors and LS&CO selling practices
• Drive a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers
• Maintain operational excellence by assisting with product floor replenishment and store operations
• Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure brand integrity

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to follow store policies, procedures, and management directives
