Lead Stylist

Responsibilities

• Model and coach customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations to deliver an ultimate brand experience
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and suggest looks based on current trends and consumer needs
• Promote the omni-channel experience and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program
• Assist store management in training and coaching staff on selling practices and authentic customer service
• Handle cash, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Adopt and advocate for new in-store technologies to improve operations and consumer experience

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
