Lead Stylist

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals
• Coach and train team members by modeling effective selling behaviors
• Drive operational excellence through visual merchandising and efficient product floor replenishment
• Lead a positive and engaging shopping experience for all consumers
• Assist with store operations and follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, climb ladders, and reach overhead
• Reliable transportation
