Responsibilities

• Actively sell to customers while leading and supporting Sales Stylists on the floor
• Drive sales and elevate the customer experience through expert and personable service
• Coach and guide the floor team when store leadership is unavailable
• Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Meet personal sales targets including 10% of store sales, $220 ATV, and 2.0 UPT
• Support recruiting efforts to build a culture-aligned team

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to motivate others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
