Lead Stylist/Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Lead training and education for spa staff regarding services and protocols
• Ensure all service standards are strictly adhered to and met
• Create, update, and edit training manuals, protocols, and testing materials
• Provide high-quality hair, nail, and skincare therapy to guests
• Interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of guests and co-workers
• Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude while exercising professional reason

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in cosmetology or related fields
• Training from an accredited or approved cosmetology school (hair, esthetics, nails, or makeup)
• Valid Cosmetologist license
• Deep knowledge of anatomy, skin, and hair, including contraindications for specific techniques
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide legible and articulate information
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
