About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution to build and develop the third-party structured products business
- Own the end-to-end commercialization agenda for third-party distribution and pipeline management
- Provide senior-level coverage to internal and external stakeholders, presenting product positioning and trade ideas
- Partner with Wells Fargo Advisors leadership to align structured products initiatives and go-to-market execution
- Lead engagement with key external partners and platforms to expand shelf presence and optimize operating models
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Trading, Structuring, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance
- Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates to build a high-performing team
- Ensure all business activity aligns with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of Securities Sales experience
- Knowledge of equity structured products and market-linked investment payouts
- Operational knowledge of note settlement processes and regulatory reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills
- FINRA SIE, Series 63/66, and Series 7 registration (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or higher
- Strong writing skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
