Lead, Structured Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead financing execution including high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and project finance facilities
• Structure credit support arrangements such as guarantees, credit wraps, and off-take agreements
• Build and own complex transaction models covering debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, and multi-scenario sensitivities
• Manage external counsel, financial advisors, and counterparty working groups
• Design and stress-test capital structures including HoldCo/OpCo/PropCo and intercreditor arrangements
• Support equity-linked and warrant structuring for strategic credit support
• Prepare investment memos, lender presentations, and bond offering documents
• Partner cross-functionally with development, power, and technology teams to ground financing in operational reality
• Develop internal frameworks and playbooks to improve execution consistency

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, or capital markets
• Experience leading deal execution from term sheet through close
• Deep financial modeling capability for complex, multi-tranche capital structures
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and counterparty workstreams
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting investment memos and term sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to data center, power, or digital infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of credit agreement mechanics and high-yield documentation
• Experience with credit support structures and their impact on underwriting
• Familiarity with warrant agreements and equity co-invest structures
• Understanding of SPV structuring and intercreditor arrangements
• Prior people management or mentorship experience
