Lead Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead significant building projects and support successful project bids to strengthen the structural presence in South Australia
• Guide and mentor the structures team, collaborating with the State Market Lead on commercial performance and resource management
• Promote a culture of safety through leadership activities, including safety walks and incident reporting
• Manage resource planning, succession, and ensure compliance with company systems and procedures
• Drive innovation and excellence within a multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer status
• Degree in structural engineering or a related field
• Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects
• High level of design creativity with the ability to develop technically robust structural concepts
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships
