Lead Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction discipline in building projects from early stages to completed construction documents
• Take technical, economic, and quality responsibility for projects
• Perform static calculations, dimensioning, and selection of load-bearing systems
• Act as the technical main contact and coordinate with clients, architects, and other disciplines
• Supervise other designers and perform quality assurance of documents

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a structural engineer (byggnadskonstruktör)
• Strong competence in static calculations and dimensioning
• Documented experience working according to Eurocodes and BBR
• Experience managing assignments with responsibility for quality, time, and budget
• Proficiency in Revit and/or Tekla
• Excellent Swedish in speech and writing
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex projects such as hospitals, defense, or security-classified buildings
• In-depth competence in steel and/or concrete construction
• Certifications or specialist roles within construction or building design
