Lead, Streetwear Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and lead seasonal digital marketing strategies for Jordan Streetwear from brief through execution
• Set digital priorities across the ecosystem, including Paid, Owned, Earned, Social, and SNKRS
• Translate consumer insights into clear creative briefs to unlock culturally relevant work
• Drive end-to-end digital journeys, including channel orchestration and performance optimization
• Lead social and creator strategies to ensure authentic storytelling that moves at the pace of culture
• Partner with Brand, Business, and Marketplace teams to align with commercial priorities
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple workstreams with rigor
• Champion measurement by leveraging data and testing to continuously improve outcomes

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital, social, or product marketing, spanning strategy through execution
• Deep understanding of sneaker culture, streetwear, and youth culture dynamics
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization
• High proficiency in building presentations using Keynote and Figma
• Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel approximately 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in mobile apps or e-commerce
• Experience with on-the-ground activations
• Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills
