Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives and participate in large-scale planning across product, technology, and data domains
• Own end-to-end reporting to ensure alignment with product strategy, business priorities, and delivery commitments
• Drive quarterly and annual planning, roadmap alignment, and dependency management
• Establish and maintain governance for reporting and executive metrics
• Collaborate with Product Leads and Executives to ensure consistent execution of Digital Product delivery
• Partner with executive management to define business strategy and execute corresponding business plans
• Identify strategic business investments and alliance opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in planning, data analysis, and delivering complex initiatives across Product and Technology teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Jira, and Power BI
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern delivery practices
• Demonstrated experience using Jira for sizing, estimates, reporting, and delivery planning
• Strong business acumen with experience in business case development, financial analysis, and investment planning
• Proven ability to pull, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights and decisions
• Experience defining and managing OKRs, KPIs, and executive-level metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large, matrixed, and enterprise-level data
• Background in digital platforms, data-heavy products, or technology-led transformations
• Experience preparing executive-level materials for portfolio reviews and business updates
