Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives and large-scale planning efforts across product, technology, and data domains
• Provide strategic consulting to client organizations and partner with executive management to define and execute business plans
• Drive business case development, including cost analysis, ROI assessment, and benefits articulation
• Manage financial alignment by partnering with Finance to track funding, forecasts, and budget variances
• Define, track, and manage OKRs, KPIs, and executive-level metrics to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with Product teams to support roadmap planning, sizing, estimation, and capacity management
• Prepare high-level materials for portfolio reviews, business updates, and leadership forums

Requirements

• 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Jira, and Power BI
• Experience in business case development and financial analysis
• Ability to manage OKRs, KPIs, and executive-level metrics
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern delivery practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex initiatives across Product and Technology teams
• Demonstrated experience using Jira for sizing, estimates, and delivery planning
• Proven ability to pull, analyze, and translate enterprise data into strategic decisions
• Background in digital platforms, data-heavy products, or technology-led transformations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within a matrixed environment
