Lead, Strategy Manager, Corporate

Responsibilities

• Support Nike's Senior Leadership Team in developing growth strategies and executing analysis for new business opportunities across key markets and brands
• Direct and execute analysis and due diligence for new growth opportunities to provide actionable recommendations
• Lead strategic project workstreams using rigorous frameworks to move beyond research into actionable insights
• Align and lead senior teams through ambiguity within a complex organizational matrix
• Provide project management support to cross-functional teams, coordinating process milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with Finance, Insights & Analytics, and Corporate Development to prepare business reviews, scorecards, and strategic workshop materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business development
• Proven experience leading sophisticated strategic projects and methodical problem-solving processes
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel modeling), Keynote, and Tableau
• Excellent verbal and written storytelling skills to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment and navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
