Lead Strategy Consultant - Digital Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise digital and business strategies aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
• Define digital innovation roadmaps, including operating models and capability-building initiatives.
• Identify and shape innovation opportunities leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leadership through workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Oversee end-to-end strategy delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Establish transformation governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and executive dashboards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting experience with a focus on strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Mandatory experience working at a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation and digital strategy engagements.
• Strong experience in onsite client engagement within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading digital innovation programs in large enterprises or regulated industries.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, digital business models, and platform-driven transformation.
• Background in financial services, government, or large corporate sectors.
