Lead Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist - Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive analyses of current workforce capabilities, skills, and demographics to identify trends and gaps.
• Utilize data analytics to develop and maintain strategic workforce plans that align with organizational goals.
• Manage workforce planning projects from initiation to completion, including creating timelines, milestones, and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into actionable workforce strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, functional, and program leadership.
• Oversee the implementation of workforce initiatives and develop change management strategies to support adoption.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of planning initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, people operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in leading and managing complex projects.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and data visualization.
• 5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workforce planning frameworks, software, and specialized tools.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and advanced workforce analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
