Comfy is the AI creation engine for visual professionals who demand control over every model, every parameter, and every output. What started as an open-source project in 2023 now has 4 million users and recently raised $30M at a $500M valuation.

Responsibilities

• Build the company's three-statement model, budget, and forecast from scratch
• Drive end-to-end FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze unit economics, including cost-to-serve, GPU/inference COGS, and gross margin
• Build KPI dashboards and pull data to turn insights into decisions
• Model scenarios for pricing, hiring, and compute spend
• Support fundraising and board preparation by owning key metrics and analysis
• Partner with GTM and Product teams on pricing and monetization strategies
• Manage cash, runway, and relationships with outsourced accounting partners

Requirements

• 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Exceptional financial modeling skills (three-statement models)
• Data fluency with ability to pull own numbers (SQL or BI is a plus)
• Understanding of usage-based or consumption business models
• Experience building functions from 0 to 1
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an open-source, developer-tools, or creator-tools company
• Experience supporting a fundraise through modeling and metrics
• Experience standing up an FP&A function from scratch
• Familiarity with Comfy or AI creative tools
