About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and execute health system strategies to expand patient access by forming partnerships with regional IDNs, health systems, and academic institutions.
- Analyze local healthcare ecosystems and treatment journeys to identify opportunities for improved clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical leaders, administrators, and policymakers.
- Develop and implement business and customer plans to drive the adoption of Exact Sciences solutions and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access, to ensure successful strategy implementation.
- Present evidence-based scientific and economic data to customers to influence diagnostic protocols and treatment choices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (e.g., diagnostics, surgical, or pharmaceutical).
- 2+ years of experience navigating and selling to IDNs, health systems, or academic institutions.
- Proven success working effectively in cross-functional and team environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, including potential overnight and weekend travel.
