Lead Store Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate through On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
• Manage cash handling, point of sale systems, and opening/closing procedures
• Ensure loss prevention standards are followed
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information and global brand activities
• Coach the team on technical product knowledge
• Streamline feedback to improve store processes and customer engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to deliver a premium experience
• Lead stock room strategy and inventory management standards
• Oversee a designated store area such as Back of House, Visual Merchandising, Product, Community, or People

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
• Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing for consecutive hours and climbing stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems
