About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and communicate through On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Manage cash handling, point of sale systems, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure loss prevention standards are followed
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information and global brand activities
- Coach the team on technical product knowledge
- Streamline feedback to improve store processes and customer engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to deliver a premium experience
- Lead stock room strategy and inventory management standards
- Oversee a designated store area such as Back of House, Visual Merchandising, Product, Community, or People
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
- Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing for consecutive hours and climbing stairs
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems
