About the role
Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate brand philosophy, values, and culture to customers and staff
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical specifications and company initiatives
- Contribute ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities
- Manage inventory tasks including product orders and stock level accuracy
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to create a premium shopping experience
- Act as primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management regarding operational matters
- Train the team on Back of House (BoH) processes and standard procedures
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or customer-focused environments
- At least one year of experience leading teams or managing projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry
