About the role

Responsibilities

  • Embody and communicate brand philosophy and values to customers and staff
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical specifications and company initiatives
  • Contribute ideas for merchandising, store events, and community activities
  • Manage inventory tasks including product orders and stock level accuracy
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards to create a premium shopping experience
  • Act as primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management regarding operations
  • Train the team on Back of House (BoH) processes and standard procedures

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or customer-focused environments
  • At least one year of experience leading teams or managing projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
