Lead Store Advisor

Responsibilities

• Embody and communicate brand philosophy and values to customers and staff
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors
• Manage daily zoning schedules and oversee opening/closing procedures
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical specifications and sustainability efforts
• Assist with inventory management, product orders, and stock accuracy
• Uphold visual merchandising standards to create a premium shopping experience
• Act as the primary contact for IT and facility management regarding store systems and POS troubleshooting
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive business success and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Business proficiency in English
• Ability to stand for consecutive hours and lift up to 25 pounds
• Passion for Running, Fashion, or Sports industry
