About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and communicate through On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Manage foundational cash handling, point of sale systems, and opening/closing of tills
- Execute opening and closing store procedures and ensure loss prevention standards are followed
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information and global brand activities
- Coach the team to ensure excellent standards of technical product knowledge
- Contribute feedback to improve store processes, customer engagement, and team culture
- Maintain visual standards to deliver a premium experience and optimize sell-through
- Lead and maintain exceptional stock room strategy and inventory management standards
- Oversee a designated store area (Back of House, Visual Merchandising, Product, Community, or People)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
- Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing for consecutive hours, climbing stairs, and reaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the Running, Fashion, or Sports Industry
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems
