Lead Stock

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, processing, organizing, and replenishment of merchandise
• Maintain store presentation standards by auditing displays and following visual guidelines
• Manage omnichannel orders by processing them accurately and efficiently according to company procedures
• Supervise warehouse organization and ensure all goods are correctly scanned and handled
• Train and guide team members, assigning tasks and sharing product knowledge
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory status, customer needs, and operational workflows
• Drive sales by ensuring correct sizing and product availability on the sales floor

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Reliable transportation to the store location
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or retail logistics
