Lead Specialist, Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex inspections and functional tests to ensure product quality
• Analyze defect data and prepare detailed trend reports to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Mentor junior specialists and support team training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in quality control or a similar field
• Hands-on experience with industrial inspection and testing processes
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and statistical techniques
• Ability to interpret complex technical specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline
• CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) certification
