About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for GMSL solutions within the automotive market segment.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define and communicate technical value propositions and product positioning to target audiences.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, including pricing strategies.
- Support sales enablement by providing tools, training, and collateral to drive design wins and manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key automotive customers and partners to act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Global Operations to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an MBA with an engineering background.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or business development.
- Proven experience within the semiconductor or electronics industries.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and system requirements to customers.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and program management skills.
- Ability to travel for customer and partner meetings as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of GMSL technology, high-speed automotive connectivity, and Vehicle E/E architecture.
- Experience with Infotainment systems and consumer video technologies.
- Demonstrated business acumen and familiarity with best practices in market research and business planning.
- Track record of working cross-functionally with digital/e-commerce teams and ecosystem partners.
