Lead Specialist - Investments

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive analysis and research support for investment decision-making, risk management, and investment monitoring.
• Develop asset allocation solutions for institutional clients based on Investment Policy Statements and strategic research.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio evaluation reports detailing market performance, investment results, and rebalancing recommendations.
• Review and prepare quarterly manager commentaries by assessing fund performance against market and economic developments.
• Lead and support client projects, ad-hoc research, and strategic operational improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research and write papers on macro/microeconomic environments and investment industry trends.
• Coach, guide, and perform peer reviews for junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the wealth management or investment industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics with demonstrated academic achievement.
• Proficient understanding of asset classes including equity, fixed income, and alternatives.
• Strong logical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and third-party investment tools such as Bloomberg and Morningstar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress towards professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CIPM.
• Domain expertise in investment advisory or consulting.
• Demonstrated success working with international professionals and stakeholders.
