About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve and engage customers through various channels including phone, chat, and WhatsApp to identify needs and ensure efficient service.
- Qualify leads and perform preliminary quotes to provide strategic information to the sales team.
- Partner with the sales department to facilitate information transfer and accelerate business negotiations.
- Monitor the customer and lead journey through consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline within Salesforce to ensure accurate interaction records.
- Prospect new customers and develop market presence using SDR techniques and product training.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial sales and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to client needs efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in lead qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in navigating TOTVS, CRM, or Salesforce software.
