About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve and engage customers through various channels including phone, chat, and WhatsApp to identify needs and ensure efficient service.
  • Qualify leads and perform preliminary quotes to provide strategic information to the sales team.
  • Partner with the sales department to facilitate information transfer and accelerate business negotiations.
  • Monitor the customer and lead journey through consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline within Salesforce to ensure accurate interaction records.
  • Prospect new customers and develop market presence using SDR techniques and product training.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial sales and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to client needs efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in navigating TOTVS, CRM, or Salesforce software.
