Lead Specialist HR T&C and CHRO

Responsibilities

• Support the CHRO with various tasks, including creating presentations for senior management
• Assist in the rollout and activation of new leadership values
• Coordinate global leadership training programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and participant tracking
• Support the measurement, feedback collection, and follow-up actions for leadership programs
• Manage projects related to leadership topics, ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met

Requirements

• A few years of professional working experience in an international business environment
• High learning agility with the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
